Cancellation Policy: 7 days notice of cancellation is required or the first night’s rate will be charged. For stays longer than 7 nights or special events (Music festivals and holidays) we require 60 days notice or the first night’s rate will be charged.
Group reservations and Special Events require a two (2) month notice of cancellation.
Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking. No smoking in any room or in the courtyard/pool/bbq area please. Smoking is permitted on your private patio.
** All 2025 COACHELLA FESTIVAL reservations (April 10-13 and April 17-20) require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT equal to the first night’s stay. Charged 60 days before arrival.
